A: Yes, most of our products come with manufacturers’ warranties.

A: Yes, as long as you’re comparing products of equal quality. Since we only stock mid- to high-grade materials, we aren’t the cheapest in the industry, but we’re certainly competitive if you’re looking for quality.
Q: Can I design my own window treatment?

Q: What’s your approach to quality control?
A: We keep our staff well-trained and we’re diligent about verifying details. For example, we double check every order before placing it, and when materials come in, we check them to make sure everything is correct before letting our customers know they’re ready.

When cleaning your window blinds or shades, make sure you’re using the correct procedures. 
Blinds in particular have a tendency to accumulate a lot of dust, so make sure to clean them on a regular basis with a fiber cloth or feather duster. Vertical blinds can also be vacuumed and, if needed, washed. To wash your vertical blinds, simply remove the individual slats from their hangers, lay them in a lukewarm bath with a small amount of mild detergent and let them soak for 30 minutes. Drain the tub and refill it with cold water to make sure the detergent is fully rinsed (residual detergent will cause the blinds to attract more dust).
When it comes to shades, your cleaning method will depend on the material quality and style of shade. Whereas most high-quality shades are made with washable fabric, generic shades and blind-shades are usually made of plastic, so they can’t be washed. To avoid problems, it’s always a good idea to check the washing instructions of your shades prior to cleaning them.
Washable shades can be cleaned by setting them in a bathtub filled with cool water and mild dishwashing soap. Allow the shades to soak for five to 10 minutes before rinsing and hanging them to dry. Plastic shades, on the other hand, should be cleaned with a cloth dipped in warm water and mild detergent. Address tough spots or stains by spraying an all-purpose cleaner directly on the area and gently scrubbing until it’s removed.
