How long will it take to complete my project?

Different projects have different time frames, but in general, we can complete a turf installation in three to seven days.

How soon can you start working on my job?

It depends on our schedule, but we can usually start projects within four to six weeks of the initial call.

How does the turf installation process work?

First, we’ll remove all the debris in your yard, level and grade the dirt underneath, and lay down a rock base. After we level the rock base, we’ll install the turf on top and finish with a brushing and infill.

How long will my turf last?

The life span of artificial grass is usually 15 years, but we back our installations with a 15-year warranty that covers seams and repairs, so yours may last up to 20 years.

Will my artificial turf get hot?

Yes, but there are ways you can control the surface temperature, like hosing it down or using a special infill called HydroChill in place of the silica sand that we usually use.

Is the turf material safe for children and pets?

Yes. The plastics that are used in turf are the same ones used in household items like water bottles, sandwich bags and yoga pants. They’re regulated for consumer safety.
