Why won’t my garage door open?

That’s difficult to say without seeing the door—it could be a spring, a damaged tier, something related to the motor or a problem with the door itself. Once we come to your house and look at the door, we’ll be able to determine the problem and explain what we’ll do to fix it.

Why won’t my garage door close?

It could be anything from the pressure sensors in the motors to the cables getting tangled in the tube, so the best course of action is to have us come inspect the door in person instead of trying to diagnose it over the phone.

How fast can you come out to my home?

Our turnaround time is the same day you call. We can also come out on weekends.

Do you provide an appointment window?

We usually provide a four-hour window, but if you need a two-hour window, we can do that as well. We’ll also call you 30 minutes before we arrive.

What kind of garage door parts do you use?

We use American-made parts and buy locally from companies like Northwest Door and Clopay.

Do you perform garage door maintenance?

Yes. We can add tension to the springs, oil and lube the door and chain, and perform other maintenance that helps your garage door and its opener last longer.
