It depends on what needs to be done. The work will go faster if we don’t have to order parts, but sometimes we discover additional damage, so it really depends on the situation. We’ll give you an estimated completion date based on your specific repairs.

Yes, but it’s important to understand that even color from the same manufacturer can vary, especially from plastic to metal or with older cars whose paint has faded. We try to match colors as closely as possible, but sometimes it’s not exact.

What do you mean by “lifetime warranty”?

Our lifetime warranty covers workmanship and materials for as long as you own the vehicle. It doesn’t cover new hits or chips, but it will cover fading and problems with our process, materials or workmanship.

Can you help me get a rental vehicle?

Yes. We can also give you a ride home or deliver your car to you when it’s ready. We’ll go out of our way to take care of you.

After my car gets painted, how long do I have to wait to wax it?

New paint has a 30-day cure time, so don’t do anything heavy to your car during that period. You can hand-wash it, but don’t add wax until the 30 days are up.

The most important thing you can do is protect your car from birds. Bird droppings will stain fresh paint, so find a way to keep your vehicle covered.
