"I would tell them that if you have a need for remediation or construction as it pertains to fire and water damage NorthBay Environmental is definitely the company to call. They have a partnership that's over 20 years in the making between the biologist and his company, and the two together are in high regards. When dealing with the city of Santa Rosa's health department, and their fairly high standards, they know that if you're using NorthBay Environmental it's a company to trust. Working with them is easier for me as a property manager. The city departments are comfortable signing off permitting with this company. There aren't a lot of companies that willingly take on the liability of partnering with the biologist and everyone, which makes them more trustworthy. Their pricing is fair. I've been working in Santa Rosa for 2 years, but when I was in Marin County I used a different company.
