"David and Chris are very easy to talk to and to work with. David and Chris, they were just very down-to-earth. They weren't trying to sell me something in addition to what I needed done. They informed me of anything that was unusual while they were working, before they went ahead and made any changes or did a repair on anything that we didn't previously discuss. One time I was at work and they were installing the sink and the faucet. Because of the shape of the sink they needed my feedback about where I wanted the faucet. He thought that it wouldn't line up correctly. He just wanted to give me the option of the position of the faucet and he emailed me pictures at work so that I didn't have to leave work. He's very accommodating and he makes sure everything is fine with me. If he thought something didn't look right, he would let me know so that I could make the final decision.
