"They were good to get in touch with most of the time, but if I used them again, I would want to make sure they were dedicated to their follow-up. They were pretty good about it, but once in a while, it was difficult to get him back in here to take a look at things like some of the squeaky boards that my husband and I felt weren't in tight enough. He did have someone with him, as extra help which was nice. They mostly did a really good job." -Pris N.
