"I just had the bathroom finished today. So I'm still working things out, the finer details. Things were ordered wrong, they got installed when I wasn't here. So since it wasn't my fault they had to take them out and redo them. Not only would it have saved them money and time, but it would have made it a '10' out of '10' for me. Eric, the owner, is outstanding, good attention to detail. Los Gatos plumbing is equally as great. When you go to shop there and spend a lot of money, they need to manage the work accordingly. Los Gatos plumbing is a little more 'Johnny on the spot' when it comes to managing the orders and contractors. I think the owner, Eric, was professional, nice, and honest. Some of the employees aren't as high end as he is, but you know they are okay. " -Cathy T.
