"Michael is a good guy. He is fair and charges an honest price. He goes above and beyond to really work with you. He tries to hire the most qualified people. He wants to go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with the end product. He did a lot of things. He was very fair about letting me know what was happening every step of the way and what the plan was. He was very honest about the price, letting me know that once you start knocking down walls there could be changes depending on what was found. He showed me where the termite damage was, so I would know why there was a change in price. He tries to be fair, so he can make a decent profit, without gouging the customer.
